Terms of Service

Klyq is a platform that enables creators to showcase digital products and custom services while receiving payments directly through their own payment methods.

Klyq is not the seller of creators' products or services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use Klyq.

Creators are responsible for:

• Their content
• Their pricing
• Their payment accounts
• Delivering purchased products or services
• Complying with applicable laws and tax obligations
• Respecting intellectual property rights

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Complete payments honestly
• Respect creators
• Avoid fraudulent payment confirmations
• Use purchased content according to the creator's license or terms

Klyq does not process or hold payments made from buyers to creators.

Creators receive payments directly through their chosen payment providers.

Any payment disputes between buyer and creator should first be addressed directly between the parties, though Klyq may review reports of fraud or platform abuse.

Creators subscribe to Klyq on a recurring basis.

Subscription fees are billed through Stripe.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in restricted access to creator features.

Users may not upload or sell content that:

• Violates applicable laws
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware
• Promotes fraud or scams
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
• Exploits or harms minors
• Encourages violence or terrorism
• Violates Klyq's community standards

Klyq reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload.

By using Klyq, creators grant Klyq a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the platform or its users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klyq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Klyq is also not responsible for disputes regarding the quality, legality, or fulfillment of creator offerings.

We may modify, suspend, or improve features of the platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
